Your conference registration includes full access to all conference events and meals beginning Monday, November 4 through the end of the conference. However, please note, the USIPA Member Meeting and Appreciation Reception on Sunday, November 3 is for USIPA members only.
Yes, you will need to RSVP in advance of the conference to attend the Member Appreciation Reception. You will receive a separate email from USIPA with the invitation to register for the reception. We kindly request you confirm your attendance by Friday, October 4, 2024 as space is limited.

Yes, session presentations will be shared via email a few weeks after the conference once all final versions have been collected by USIPA.
The full attendee list (name, company/organization, and title only) will be shared with all registered attendees after the conference.
The USIPA team and conference security require all conference attendees to wear their conference badges at all conference events. You will not be permitted to access any conference events, including the Exhibit Hall, meals, and receptions, without a badge.
There are a limited number of private meeting rooms available. For more information on availability and room rental, please contact conference@theusipa.org.
You will receive an email confirmation once your registration is completed with your registration confirmation number and amount paid. If you need additional information, please contact conference@theusipa.org.
Yes, the conference mobile app will launch a few weeks prior to the conference. It will include the latest agenda, speakers, exhibitors, etc. Prior to the conference, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app.

Cancellations must be made in writing prior to Monday, October 14, 2024. Refunds will be offered less a $55 USD processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 14, 2024. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing prior to October 14, 2024, and sent to conference@theusipa.org.
If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution or you may request your registration be transferred to next year’s 2025 Conference. Only one substitution or transfer will be allowed per registration. All substitution and transfer requests may be made in writing prior to Monday, October 14, 2024, and sent to conference@theusipa.org.
