Registration Fees

Conference registration includes full access to all conference events and meals beginning Monday, November 10 through the end of the conference.

Please note, the USIPA Member Meeting and Appreciation Reception on Sunday, November 9, is for USIPA members only.

Registration Discount

New members receive two complimentary registrations to the conference during their first year. Inquire for more information.

Exhibit Booth Discount

New members receive the exhibit booth package for free in their first year. That includes the exhibit space and one complimentary registration - a $5,000 value. Inquire for more information.

Cancellation / Refund Policy AND Substitution / Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing prior to Monday, October 20, 2025. Refunds will be offered less a $55 USD processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 20, 2025. All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing prior to October 20, 2025, and sent to conference@theusipa.org.

If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you may request your registration be transferred to another individual within your organization as a substitution or you may request your registration be transferred to next year’s 2026 Conference. Only one substitution or transfer will be allowed per registration. All substitution and transfer requests may be made in writing prior to Monday, October 20, 2025, and sent to conference@theusipa.org.
